'This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!'

'we enjoyed this property so much that we want to come back ASAP !!! it simply had everything we needed for a getaway. the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking tools and we loved the overall layout of the house !!! would be comfortable to travel with another couple or kids. we stayed on the deck the entire time !!! if we were going to say one thing that was missing, it would be an outside TV and fan (for the summer) !!! but wow just wow we had a great time and great stay !!!'

'The boat is in a great location right on the ICW..Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by. Beds were comfortable. We had 3 people, 2 slept in stern bedroom and one in the bow. Really fun way to spend a weekend rather than a motel.. Short drive to restaurants and beach. Quarters were a little tight but manageable for our group of 3. We will do it again when we get back to Wilmington. '

'We stayed in Wilmington to visit my son and to go to a festival downtown . Great location and place was so nicely decorated and clean . My only suggestion would be to have a cart for the house so guests could use that to haul luggage and food from the car to the house .'

'My husband, children and I enjoyed a 2-night stay. We LOVED the property and location. The property was clean, the kitchen was stocked appropriately with dishes and basic kitchen ware, and there is a full-size washer and dryer which would be a must if we had gone to the beach. I see this being useful if we decided to book a week-long stay or stay during beach season. Parking was simple, and coming and going was simple as well. We loved that there was no noise.
