'The Hen House is perfect for visiting Edenton. Victoria was so great at moving our days so we could stay for the Rockfish festival. Weather was so nice and we always carry folding camp chairs, so we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back deck which had plenty of shade and a beautiful view of the large back yard and fields beyond. Comfy, homey, and convenient!'

'This property was fantastic..seemed remote but wasn't. Close to all amenities and several towns. The house was well stocked and immaculately cleaned. Owners were quick to respond and felt like home away from home. We will go back and you should book it!'

'Our expectations for this property were high based on previous guest reviews. I can honestly say that our expectations were far exceeded. We were not weekend guests as we were guest for a month. The location for us was perfect as we could travel a short distance to Trenton for groceries at Piggly Wiggly, Subway for a quick lunch and finally Aggie's Pizza for one of the best burgers I've ever had.
