Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. The hill might be a struggle for some but plenty of parking available if you have to drive instead. Also plenty of parking at the condo. Nice property to walk your dogs. My sister and I felt safe. Only 5 miles north to Boone to major grocery stores if you need a Publix or Food Lion....
