Flats in Wilmington

'This one bedroom apartment was better than advertised. Beautiful views, excellent location for walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodations were nice. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. 'The location is perfect. The beach is a 2 minute walk and is beautiful. Our place was very clean and so nice. We had everything we needed. Loved the decor especially in the bedroom. There are alot of choices for eating out. We loved Gulfstream restaurant, Island burgers, Micheals Seafood and Celtic creamery has the best ice-cream. We brought our bikes and rode every day. 'If you are looking for a central downtown location with a spectacular view, this is the one. Food, entertainment and shopping are all within walking distance. Gorgeous views from the balcony day and night.Would highly recommend !'

'We had a great time staying here! Every night we sat on the balcony listening to the waves. The bed was comfortable so we slept very well, and I was especially thankful that there was a fan in the closet because we forgot to bring one!! The only thing I wasn’t expecting was so many stairs (my oversight), but the top floor view was worth it. Would definitely stay here again. '
