'We ended up checking in late because we were picking our daughter up at knight, . We checked in with no problems, but our heater went out in the middle of the evening and it was very cold that night. The next morning we went and spoke to the staff, and they were incredibly accommodating and helped us move to a different cabin, which was absolutely amazing. We will stay there again. The customer service was incredible! '

'I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help....

'We enjoyed our one night stay in a cute cabin at Swiss Mountain Village. The cabin was clean. It was a nice change from staying in hotels. Was very quiet.'

'Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture.
