'Went to eat at wood lodge fire grill. Took at least 45 minutes to get 1 alcoholic beverage and ordered the seasonal brownie and ice cream stack. We took the food to the room and had to microwave the frozen brownies and the 2 scoops of chocolate sauce. Normally I would not have an issue but they were not very busy and the girl who took our order had to go check on it 3 different times. Then eventually went back there and I assume made it herself. 'Great location with private access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pool options, a hot tub, a continental breakfast and things to do within a short drive! Also, the room had a kitchenette and full size fridge which saved us some money- a great stay for the cost!'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'Parking / valet was a nightmare. There was no bellman and I assumed the valet was going to take care of my running vehicle and luggage while I got my 2 dogs upstairs. Nope, my car was running and unlocked and unattended 20 yards away from any staff by the street and homeless addicts. The elevators were slow averaging a 3-5 minute wait and were as hot as a sauna. NEVER STAY HERE'

'Staff was amazing. Room not so much. It was renovated double queen room. the TV way in the corner of the room so only one bed could see TV. Also they changed to toddler sized pillows. We went to the front desk and got normal size pillows. Love the staff and the location. Hoping we don’t get that room again'
