'The Magnolia was perfect for two. Check in process including codes for the doors was very easy. K-cup coffee machine a plus. Overall, very comfortable. The location of this property is exceptional for the food scene, breweries, and shopping. Utilized the indoor parking garage one block away. '

'The location was excellent. Almost everything was within walking distance. Parking was perfect. We drive an electric car so we appreciated the charging spot. Love using coded entries. It was very clean and the kitchen and bath were modern and bright. Would stay again! '

'The location and cleanliness were great. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t use it much because we ate it all the great restaurants around. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside is how thin the walls are. '

'We got a text before arriving that our condo was ready for an earlier check-in. The property was ideally located in Biltmore Village. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The management company had left a starter kit with coffee. The only problem we had was with the TV, we could’nt get the cable to turn on. We called and they sent someone out almost right away to remedy the situation. I will definitely stay there again if I go to Ashville.'

'We had a great time in Asheville staying at this condo! The condo is in a very safe location and it’s spacious The location was perfect. We could walk to several restaurants (The Wicked Weed was very close and so good for both food and beer) as well as a grocery co-op which was really convenient. Check in and check out was easy, and the parking was great. I guess the only downside, which was minor, is that it’s situated right next to what appears to be a garbage truck depot, so it could be a...
