« This is not a 5 star property so don’t expect a hot breakfast, pool, or spa but…. The property is well kept, quiet, the rooms are very clean, and Denise (the manager) will go out of her way to accommodate you, including loaning you a skillet, egg turner, coffee mug, and paper plates so that you can fix breakfast in your room. »

« One of the cutest places I’ve stayed in Wilmington. Centrally located so you can be anywhere it town quickly. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay again! »

« After the dog stopped whining, it was quiet. There was no sink strainer for kitchen sink. Everything looked nice, but needed a good cleaning. Convenient to where we needed to be and the price was good. »

« Great location! We had 1st floor 1 bedroom with walkout to street. So convenient. Thought it would be loud being street level, but was never an issue. Would definitely book there again. »

« I had surgery around the corner and this spot was super convenient to the surgical centre as well as restaurants, making it easy to not have to over manage. It was peaceful and quiet. Much appreciated. We dint get to play pool but it was certainly enticing. »

« Nice apartment, plenty of room for our stay. Host was personable and made us feel welcome. Location in quiet neighborhood helped make this a relaxing vacation. Apartment furnished with some extras such as a dehumidifier and water dispenser. Please do watch out for the small step up into the bathroom. »

« We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues. »

Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends. »

« It was very difficult to get them to send an email with the information I needed to check in, so it ended up with me having to stay at another hotel the first night because they forgot to send me the first email »
