'Edenton is truly one of the most beautiful and friendly small towns I have ever visited and the accommodations at The Carriage House match that beauty and warmth. The Carriage House is beautifully appointed, fully stocked with amenities and the bed is super comfortable. Hunter is a most gracious host and he knows no end to accommodating his guest’s stay. 'The property was very clean as advertised. It is located in a well kept neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone and very conscious of security, I was uncomfortable with the 4 young men outside the home directly behind the cottage. They did not say or do anything inappropriately, but the isolated area made me uncomfortable to come home after dark since I was traveling alone. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay.'

I have to climb up 3 flights of stairs to reach my room. Do not recommended it for travelers with disabilities. '
