'This was a great option for my stay while taking a class at the Folk School. It was quiet and clean and felt like I was sleeping in an ADA-accessible treehouse. 'Very nice cabin in a gorgeous location, right on the river as stated. There are a few catch on the fly surf waves right in front of the river view deck so for paddlers, this is an amazing bonus! The place is wonderful. Only thing missing is laundry but thats not a big deal. WiFi works well if needed. Highly reccomend and Id stay again for sure.'

'The location is fantastic! Extremely walkable to everything in DT Southern Pines. Cute spot with plenty of space for 1-2 people. The washer/dryer unit is really nice to have and something you don't normally get in smaller space. '
