'Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was simpel maar prima. De kamer was simpel en dat hebben we ook geboekt. Maar er waren sloten stuk van kasten, vieze haren van andere mensen aanwezig, vloerbedekking dat aan vervanging toe is. Gat in de vloer waar vloerbedekking overheen lag. Een ijzeren plaat die los lag met scherpe kanten omhoog staat dat zeer scherp is. Dat kan gewoon niet. Het hoeft niet allemaal nieuw te zijn maar schoon en heel.moet het wel zijn. Verder zijn wij ook maar...

'The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I can’t praise them enough. On the other hand, I doubt if we would stay here again. The bathroom was very small and needs updating. Had trouble getting hot water some of the time. Having the beach out the sliding glass door was wonderful but the sliding glass door was really hard to open and close (note: we are elderly).Easy parking and easy to take pets out for their business. Nice to be pet friendly. It was fairly expensive to stay here though...

'We had a great stay, everything was close by. The room is small but clean. The cleaning staff was in every day to make up the bed and replace the towels. The tavern had great food. And the room was super soundproof, we never heard anything. The A/C is tricky, next time I will ask for a fan. Overall it was great !'

"Very friendly staff, especially at the breakfast counter. Nice aesthetics of the interiors and of course, great location. I booked a kingsize superior for my son and I and was a bit surprised by how small the room was, also shower instead of a bathtub as indicated on the pictures. Maybe just something that's good to be aware of. All in all I do recommend it for a stay in NYC."
