'Only stayed 1 night but would have been a great landing spot for a longer trip. Ultra good location, clean and everything in working order. Comfy bed and cold AC. Communication was excellent!!'

'We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was clean and very modern. The neighborhood is very quiet and I loved that we had our own parking spot which is not something to take for granted in Miami. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. It’s only about 10 minutes away from Sunny Isles Pier and very close to Hard Rock Stadium as well. Will definitely be back soon!'

'Had roaches, bed frame was not stable . Almost fell off the bed and maintenance never cleaned the room I checked out of .'

'This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.'
