'Staff was amazing. We stayed in the one bedroom penthouse. It was spacious and recently updated with a huge terrace/patio. The stucco on the terrace is very old. The view from the room and the terrace is a really beautiful ocean and palm tree view from a distance. You do get a little noise from the roof deck but it’s easy to manage. 'Het personeel is vriendelijk en het hotel is schoon. De kussens van zijn helaas erg zacht. De vloer in de hotelkamer was beschadigd en de koelkast in de kamer maakt een hoop lawaai. Het rooftop zwembad is super. Ook de locatie van het hotel is top. '

'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...

'Looked mostly like the photos. Amazing location right next to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Some parts of the room looked a little dated and worn but overall nice. Bed was super comfortable. Pretty clean but not perfect, some things in the bathroom were not cleaned in detail. Would recommend overall. '

'I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. Money well...

'Ideale plek als je Art deco gebouwen wilt bekijken. Prettig terras met restaurant onderin. Zeer ruime kamer met mooi interieur. Fijn zwembad op het dak met uitzicht naar alle kanten. Gratis baddoeken en badjassen beschikbaar.'

'Overall this is a great spot. Great location, quiet at night, washer dryer, great AC very quiet. Please add more than two hangers in the closet, add an ironing board to go with the iron, fix the rear burner on the stove (doesnt heat up), and remove cups that are slightly stained. Even with these things, it was still a good value. I would stay again.'
