Hello,
Following your email of January 5, 2026, we wish to express our strong indignation regarding the conditions of our stay and the completely unacceptable behavior of the reception staff.
Upon our arrival on December 21, 2025, we were confronted with an unbearable odor in the room, rendering it uninhabitable. This situation should have been addressed immediately, which was not the case, causing us to lose considerable time.
The behavior of the reception staff was unacceptable: a total lack of courtesy, inappropriate remarks, and an aggressive attitude. My daughter was deeply shocked and began to cry after being verbally abused by a receptionist and the manager, who refused to listen to our explanations or acknowledge the problem.
In addition, there were numerous deficiencies in basic services:
- housekeeping not performed daily,
towels regularly missing,
The need to systematically call reception to obtain what should have been provided automatically.
These repeated malfunctions made our stay extremely unpleasant.
We travel regularly and have never been treated this way. Such an experience is unworthy of an establishment of your standing and cannot be considered acceptable under any circumstances.
We expect a serious response, clear explanations, and a gesture of goodwill commensurate with the inconvenience suffered. Without a satisfactory response, we reserve the right to consider further action
