'It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! 'We ended up missing our flight so we needed something last minute and this place came across. I will say that this place is very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and they provided toiletries which was very nice. Had a smart tv so came in very handy for us to listen to our music. I very much enjoyed the stay and we had no problem at all. Would recommend this place!'

'Very large room and bed, clean when we first arrived and excellent cleaning service daily. Shops, restaurants and beach nearby. Only issue was with lack of staff during check in made it difficult to take Luggage to the room, but the hotel manager arranged for someone to help us during check out! Thank you '

'Our stay was very nice. Location is walkable to things around and we had no problem with checking in. They actually let us check in earlier and check out later which was very nice. Bed was comfortable and if all you need is to sleep and get ready this is definitely the place. Would recommend the stay!'

'The location is great! It's easy to find good food and Ubers are close by and abundant. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is well-maintained and has an incredible view. My only complaint is the pool's cold water.
I was pleasantly surprised that the street noise dropped precipitously around 11pm (my room was along 5th). For me, this is fine for a night of good sleep. Many rooms don't overlook the street, however and family members in other rooms said they never heard any...

'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...

'Hotel:
De kamer is heel erg schoon en netjes onderhouden. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een probleem met onze airco en dit werd de volgende ochtend gelijk verholpen. Wel zijn de kamers klein. Wij hadden met 2 personen geen fatsoenlijke plek om de koffers neer te leggen. Als gevolg hiervan konden wij niet meer langs het bed lopen.

De locatie van het hotel is perfect, kon niet beter! 5 minuten lopen van het strand (gratis huur van ligbedjes) en nog eens 5...

'My wife and I stayed here for a few nights while we were in Miami Beach. The hotel was clean and the location can’t be beat. You’re near everything. Everything is within walking distance or a quick uber. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Maude was wonderful. We would definitely go back.
