'It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! 'We ended up missing our flight so we needed something last minute and this place came across. I will say that this place is very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and they provided toiletries which was very nice. Had a smart tv so came in very handy for us to listen to our music. I very much enjoyed the stay and we had no problem at all. Would recommend this place!'

'Very large room and bed, clean when we first arrived and excellent cleaning service daily. Shops, restaurants and beach nearby. Only issue was with lack of staff during check in made it difficult to take Luggage to the room, but the hotel manager arranged for someone to help us during check out! Thank you '

'Our stay was very nice. Location is walkable to things around and we had no problem with checking in. They actually let us check in earlier and check out later which was very nice. Bed was comfortable and if all you need is to sleep and get ready this is definitely the place. Would recommend the stay!'

'Very pleasant room in an excellent location, just steps from the beach and right on beautiful Ocean Drive. The staff are outstanding: friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is also quiet. 'The hotel is very well located in South Beach. It's what i would call a boutique hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious but..... They are little outdated. If they could just upgrade a bit it would be fabulous. They have an pool on the upper deck. But when you order a wine they only will serve your bottle in plastic cups. So that didnt make it attracting to order a 120usd bottle of wine. The restaurant was nice and food was good. The staff was very friendly and service minded. So no complaints...
