Appartementen in Sunny Isles Beach

'This is a condo-hotel setup. Trump Hotel and resort. The unit itself was nice, clean, and had a great view. However, I was surprised to learn at check-in that there is an additional 135 per day hotel access fee, plus 30 per day for parking. None of these fees were disclosed in the VRBO listing. In reality, booking a similar unit directly through the hotel would have been more affordable than renting a private unit through VRBO.That said, aside from the unexpected costs, we did enjoy our stay. 'We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Sunny Isles Beach. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and other nearby attractions. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped, and has everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The host personally greeted us upon arrival and took the time to explain how everything worked in the apartment and throughout the complex, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and...

'there was a problem with the faucets and could not take a shower, we've reported this since 1st day and they've sent personal to check on saturday and after that said they can't fix because they need building authorization they came back on monday just one day before we leave'

'The property was nice, our condo was not. There was no mention of construction going on next door, so plan on walking up at 6AM. This was not mentioned and feel that was false advertising. Left us a half a roll of toilet paper and paper towel, so we had to buy our own. Pillows and couch were stained, the pillows looked like Onslos wife beater tank top from keeping up appearances. Had to wash our towels and linens. The contact phone provided didn’t work, and because it was VRbO through Expedia...

' Very clean and comfortable. '

'We had a wonderful time with our family. The location was great to see the firework shows on the beach. The apartment is big and comfortable. The beds are good. The shower is also good but the bathroom needs to be remodeled and the trimming of the window in the bedroom needs to be finished. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was great and the little store on the first floor was very convenient. Overall it was a good experience.'

'It was a great location for the beaches and restaurants. The staff was professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. It could have used a couple of more chairs in the sitting area to be more comfortable. The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed although a closet was needed in the second bedroom other than that it was perfect.'

'Never reserve this room'
