'Had a terrible stay at this place. The curtains were old and dusty, and the overall unit felt very poorly maintained. The balcony was also closed, which was extremely disappointing considering Brickell is known for its beautiful views. I was told it was “under renovation,” but that still does not justify the condition or inconvenience. I even offered to switch to another unit because I was there for birthday celebration, but I was told I would have to pay the full amount again before moving,...

'Laura assisted us immediately upon our arrival without hesitation!! it was so appreciative and made the check-in extra smooth. we were able to store our luggage until we checked in for free which was amazing (first come first serve, but it’s a good sized secure closet). The room looks great, exactly like the pics and it feels clean. can’t wait to try out the pool!! would recommend.'
