'Mi estadía en Brickell fue excelente. La habitación era hermosa, muy limpia, cómoda y con una vista espectacular de la ciudad, especialmente de noche. La ubicación es perfecta porque hay muchísimas cosas para hacer cerca: restaurantes, rooftops, bares, centros comerciales, paseos por la bahía y diferentes actividades para disfrutar tanto de día como de noche. Todo está muy accesible y el ambiente de Brickell es increíble. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo al 100%.'

'Upon entering I found a broken m*th pipe on the couch. Reached out to host to inform them and never got a response. There was also a major ant infestation. Location was nice and surrounding attractions listed were accurate. Good food'

'We were denied check-in because I refused to disclosed federally protected Personal Identifiable Information (PII) on a suspicious website, even though were were checking in in person with the proper documentation. Information collecting possibly leading to identity theft or worse. Even though we were not allowed to check in with ID and credit card they still refused to reimburse us for the 2 day stay booked with them.'

'The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. 'The place was clean, but missing pot and pans, The apartment was comfortable, but there was no washer and dryer so inconvenient, but they are correcting this when we left. A couple of times some kids hopped the fence and played in the pool. Maybe this is okay with the owners I do not know.'

'This place is a hidden gem! It was super cute, clean and super close walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach access. Host communication was 100% excellent! Anytime I had a question they responded super fast. They even had 2 koozies waiting on the kitchen table with a sticker for us which was a cute touch and we appreciated it.
