'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'Super sfeervolle en knusse accommodatie met heerlijk zwembad. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn super vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar om het je naar je zin te maken. Het hotel biedt strandstoelen en parasols gratis ter leen aan om te gebruiken op het strand. Het strand zelf is nog geen 5 min lopen door een klein bospaadje en erg mooi en rustig!! Verder leuke omgeving, genoeg uitvalswegen en mooie plek in Florida. iDEAAl!! Wij komen zeker terug! '

'We often stay at Cranes Beach Resort. It's so convenient to a lot of family activities - dining and beach access just a few minutes away. The property has all necessary amenities, small kitchen area with all the equipment, big refrigerator, laundry room. It's great to stay with family! Two swimming pools, heated and salt water. Never crawd, we can always find our personal space, whis is super important for us!'

'We love the place, the food and the spa. Very nice place to relax! The only recommendation is to get early to the beach, we went after hour spa appointment (around noon) and there were no more beach chairs or umbrellas available.'
