'Amazing staff and service level. The best room option is an ocean front room and if you can afford it on the club level! The club lounge has a very good level of service and quality. The "continental" breakfast looks like a complete breakfast! Spa is awesome. Great that there are two pools; an Adults pool which is relaxing and the family were the guest can make noise and play. '

'Super sfeervolle en knusse accommodatie met heerlijk zwembad. Gastvrouw en -heer zijn super vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar om het je naar je zin te maken. Het hotel biedt strandstoelen en parasols gratis ter leen aan om te gebruiken op het strand. Het strand zelf is nog geen 5 min lopen door een klein bospaadje en erg mooi en rustig!! Verder leuke omgeving, genoeg uitvalswegen en mooie plek in Florida. iDEAAl!! Wij komen zeker terug! '

'Nice overall area, the pool and beach areas were nice, but not overwhelmingly so relative to the cost. The staff was generally nice, but occasionally disinterested and at times, the place felt understaffed. Waited over 4 hours on a towel request and had to request again, waited over 20 minutes after eating to get a check, kind of a recurring theme. Had one of the front desk staff go out of the way to help me and one employee give us towels when the dispenser broke - two positive examples, but...

'I didn’t love how our balcony view over-looked a weird slab of concrete and it almost looked unfinished. But besides that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was on point, majority of staff was kind and helpful.'

'I would like to shout out the photographer of this property. They need a raise! The place was very run down. It's in a rough area, neighborhoods didn't feel inviting. We could hear traffic from our room, and the train went by several times. The room was described as "able to sleep 4." Well, that was simply impossible. There was 1 king size bed. No couch. No futon. 'Prima hotel. Gratis ontbijt en parkeren. Kamer is netjes en schoon. Locatie vlak bij het strand. Wel duur, maar dat kwam misschien door de boatshow op dat moment. En de airco maakt lawaai en zit naast het bed op de vloer gemonteerd. Dat is niet fijn.'
