'Was unable to get confirmation or a check in code. Host was not available and never responded. We spent over 2 hours mid-travel, having a Hotel.com representative find an alternative. We were sent to a hotel where we had 3 separate rooms . We had made plans to stay in a house and had brought food to cook. This altered all of our plans. Don’t believe the house actually exists'

'It’s was very windy two days I stayed, the property had many wiindows without proper size curators cover. One of the bedrooms window had the metal cover from outside to protect the window was not properly tied down which was shaking all day and night against the wall that made so much noise. It said the place had the pool but it was not a pool but a tub and was not worry. '
