'The place was decent for a one night stay. Check-in directions were a little confusing on how to access the unit but was able to figure it out. The place is a little noisy at night as it’s right next to a busy freeway and the bedroom was a little bright at nighttime due to lighting from a property across the street, it could use some blackout curtains. The couch and carpet were pretty dirty and in need of a serious steam cleaning. The coffee maker was a nice touch and the two tv’s were enormous.'

The location on Carbon Beach is hard to beat—the ocean views from the suite and private balcony are incredible, and having direct beach access made the entire stay feel special. We stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting. Waking up to the Pacific, having breakfast overlooking the water, and being able to walk straight down to the beach made for a memorable morning. 'Everything the host advertised was accurate, the place is very clean and neat, good appliances except the stove was not working at time of our visit, but she had an elthe pool ectric stove ready, So that was good. The pool and gym are open as advertised and in optimal condition, the laundry machine were working fine. We would rent this place again'
