The property manager, Ray, met us there when we arrived to show us the house and where everything is located and how it works which was very helpful. Ray was there at checkout as well to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!'

'We had an incredible Memorial Day weekend stay in Avalon! This condo exceeded our expectations and gave us the perfect Catalina experience. The amenities were amazing — we loved snorkeling right outside our doorstep on the private beach, using the mini greens, and enjoying the tennis courts, croquet court, volleyball courts, barbecue areas, heated pool, and spa overlooking the ocean.
