Villa's in Los Angeles County

'Nathan was amazing to work with! The home was a stunning place for my husband and I to relax on our honeymoon. The view can’t be beat. The shuttles are quick & convenient. 10/10 experience.'

'View is amazing, comfortable bed and accommodations. What was disappointing was no where did it state the front door was up a flight of stairs and the "private pool and spa" was down the stairs and around the corner to the backyard of the other home on the property with all their windows facing the pool. In my opinion that is not private, it is a shared pool and spa. The picture eludes that is is on the back door of the rental and close by. Really a bummer and I believe the listing was...

'Place was in an incredible location with amazing views, and having the golf cart was the highlight of our stay since it gave us the freedom to explore the island whenever we wanted without worrying about rental hours or transportation.Prepare to have little to spotty cell coverage on the island. We had wifi in the rental, but a lot of places around the island didn't have wifi access. The host was kind and responsive, and we had everything we needed for a great trip. That said, the property is...

'We would stay there again.'

'Great property. Host is awesome to deal with and great communication. Would def stay at again'

'It was a great location.'

'1st class all the way'

'Excellent stay, all around'

'A great location and a great property. I would say some things were getting a bit tired in the property and needed some attention, such as the patio door upstairs would not lock, the TV outside would not work, the curtains were too short in the main bedroom and some blinds were missing from some windows. But overall lovely place to stay. It was perfect for us on our holiday.'

'Best weeks ever!'

'We celebrated my grandmother’s 75th birthday at this property and it was beautiful! The house is huge, plenty of room for everyone, the pool is great with an amazing view. The location is excellent, many grocery stores to choose from. The host is very nice and easy to reach for any questions. We loved our stay there.'

'Location, golf cart, view, Comfort, pool, cleanliness'

'First the good. The property is gorgeous! Large, open floor plan with high end appliances, fixtures, and furniture. Nice sized poor with hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. Large TVs in each room. Ample parking. Plenty of dishes, utensils, small appliances. The communication with the staff was excellent, especially considering the problems we encountered. Now the bad. This listing is somewhat inaccurate and looks like it was sent through an AI tool (see individual picture...

'The house was overall great! It was clean with plenty of room for a large group. The only hiccup was the WiFi, it went out frequently making it difficult to watch streaming services or play any kind of video games. We were able to reset the router and it would work.'

'We had so much space and amazing views to enjoy our trip to LA. Everyone was able to relax comfortably in their own rooms but the shared space was fantastic. The firepit on the roof was our favorite spot of all!'

'Beautiful place. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend.'

'We absolutely loved our stay here!! The home and views are even more beautiful than the pictures can portray, and Vanessa was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely recommend a stay here'

'Highly recommend this VRBO rental! We visited from the east coast with our two teenagers. The home is big enough that everyone has their own space, but still feels connected. Lots of amenities are stocked in the home. It was wonderful having coffee and creamer available in-house for our first morning! The pool and hot tub are really nice, and the house is very clean. Roman is a very friendly, responsive host. Definitely one of the best rentals we’ve experienced!'
