The host Rich is a wonderful host so nice. The villa has a absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from inside and outside. Bbq was the cleanest I have ever used on holiday. Ocean breeze was perfect. Bathroom had a very large tub and living space was good. The golf cart was quiet and milage you can't believe. Hade a wonderful stay would definitely go back.Thank you for your hospitality.Kristal and Brandee

Excellent location. The view as you can see in the picture is great. It takes about 10 minutes to get to town with the golf cart. To refill the golf cart with gas you have to go another 5 to 10 minutes past the town. The only drawback is there are about 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo.

Beautiful property, perfect view, and the sound of the ocean was so calming. The golf cart was nice to have since you’re outside of the town. Grab a ride with “Circut” ride share for 6. Couldn’t get one on the way into town though. The pull out sofa bed is very old and not suitable for a comfortable nights sleep so keep that in mind if you need to accommodate four adults. Overall a great experience and the owner Rich was responsive and helpful.

Beautiful view from large balcony. Very quiet community. Host was informative and available. A 5-10 minute golf cart drive into Avalon. The king size bed was very comfortable. No cell phone reception but that is not necessarily a bad thing.

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive! The place is gorgeous and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids! There’s enough room for a blow up mattress if needed! Came with a golf cart - my FAVORITE!! Towels were great, appliances great, tons of bedding with extra blankets and pillows! WiFi worked well (went out a few times only temporarily) and I was able to do laundry the entire time which was extremely convenient! There was a tennis court and putting range and all equipment was provided! There’s even a community pool, spa, fitness center, and sauna! We had a FABULOUS time!!!! GREAT VIEW! Many flights of stairs, but Hamilton Cove is full of stairs - so got great exercise! Again, such an accommodating host - perfect vacation! We will be back! Thank you, thank you!

My wife and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this exquisite oceanfront 1 bedroom apartment. Our adult joined us for one night and slept on the comfortable pull out couch. The accommodations were perfect, with a comfortable bed, full kitchen that was well stocked, a large bathroom, and a large outdoor deck. It was great having access to the golf-cart that took us into town, to all the sights and wonderful hiking trails. The host was a pleasure to work with and very welcoming! We hope to be back soon!

The place was amazing. The pictures and description in the ad are exactly like it is in person. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the dining area and played cards all night. The patio has an amazing view of the ocean. It was so nice to fall asleep hearing the ocean waves and then waking up to the waves as well. The owner was great, he answered all questions and even gave me hi phone number in case i needed anything while there. 5 Stars.
