'We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying.'

'Property was responsive to messages and helpful. Really fun little place! Love the location because it’s close to coffee shops and stores. You do have to pay for parking but there conveniently located parking in the same building. Access the location was interesting but once we found our way it was great and they give detailed check in instructions to help guide you.'

'Our 5-night stay at the LA Grand Suites was perfect. The apartment was huge and clean, the AC worked perfectly, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials needed, the beds and pillows were comfy and the parking was an excellent addition. Well located in the Hollywood area, a short walk to Hollywood Blvd and a short drive to a fully stocked supermarket - Pavilions. The rooftop terrace was beautiful with great views but also super hot during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we were...

'The only thing I would change is the bedding situation. All of the beds need memory foam toppers and better pillows and there didn’t seem to be any blankets for the sofa bed. Beyond that, it was perfect! The location was amazing and felt very safe. It was also close to everything we wanted to do.'

'This place is a gem. Would’ve rated it 5 stars but we came across a hiccup at arrival. We were provided the check in instructions which we followed. Upon arrival we never received any notification of our unit number. Thankfully security was on site and was able to assist us. Overall we really enjoyed our visit. Will be returning. '

'The host was amazing and gave me tips on getting to the apartment due to a convention closing a lot of the roads. It was a beautiful apartment in a great spot for my travel. I highly recommend staying with them!'
