There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. « This Studio is perfectly situated between Abbot Kinney and Venice Boulevard. The courtyard is the ideal place to sit, relax, and unwind while on vacation. The studio was immaculate when we arrived and smelled so clean and fresh. The host is super responsive. Highly recommend!! »

« My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...

« We did a last minute trip and had a great stay. Central location, easy parking and checkin/checkout. Apartment was as promised. Clean and as promised. Would stay again as it was very well priced for other similar apartments in the greater Los Angeles area. »

« John's appartment is a great place to stay if you visit LA. It's close to the beach, you can walk, it's about 30 minutes. The appartment was clean. John was quick to respond to message. I strongly recommend! »

« The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths. »

« Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share! »

Points négatifs : draps en microfibre, pas de vrai rideaux occultants, le bruit de la rue est épouvantable (et on l'entend trop bien), l'enseigne lumineuse clignote dans la chambre... »

« Our family had a trip for my son’s birthday to Universal Studios. The house was very close to the Amusement park. The house was very clean and perfect for the four of us. I highly recommend this place to my family and friends. »
