'Ruime en propere kamer. Heel veel lawaai van het zwembad dat ingesloten ligt tussen de kamers. Dit tot 23u 's avonds zodat vroeger slapen onmogelijk is. Ontvangst zakelijk, je voelt je niet echt welkom. Wel goede ligging, dicht bij Heavenly Village.'

'I liked the property was on the beach. I don’t like that I didn’t get the room with the view. I paid quite a bit and I thought it was a little bit overpriced for what I paid for but other than that experience was nice.'

'When I checked in, the nice lady at the desk told me my reservation was listed under a different person. I showed her my reservation, my itenary #, all of the info she requested. She told me Expedia did not send the info to them correctly so she would not check me. She did offer me a room with a discount for the bluder but hiked up the price $100 more than the expedia reservation. This is a terrible adminstrative process, she blamed me for not calling their front desk to check if they received...

'Wonderful hosts, very responsive. The BEST view - you could see the Bay Bridge AND Salesforce Tower and many other buildings. Very close to Embarcadero. High quality soap, towels, bedding, etc. Comfortable beds. All the utensils and spices you could need were provided.'

'It was a really nice room, a lot of space, and the pool was nice. That being said, the locking app situation is hard to manage. Also, because of Internet issues, my husband and I got locked in a stairwell for 10 minutes while our kids were in the room. It's kind of panicking. Also, I was really worried if there was a fire or emergency what would happen since all exits are managed by this locking method, even emergency exits. I hope that place has a plan, because it could be a death trap. Luckily...

'The place is very well kept up. You have lots of towels, beach chairs, cozy pillows. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functioning and has a gas stove, which is awesome for cooking. Lots of closet space and cupboard space. The balcony is wide. The view from the balcony is great. The waves crash right under it. The parking is behind a gate but if you have a sedan, it might be hard to get out of driveway - the view of the cars driving on pch is blocked by parked cars. So try renting an SUV.'

'I have been bringing my granddaughters here every summer to celebrate their birthdays for the last 4 years! And we love it! It has everything we need including your own parking space. The location is great, and it’s so close to the beach! The chips, salsa, and margaritas are always such a great touch! And the host is very accommodating! We look forward to coming back every summer!'
