The entire experience from start to finish was horrible and extremely stressful and frustrating to say the least. I checked in Thursday with my girlfriend and my son I had reserved an apartment with two bedrooms that were supposed to have two queen beds. Instead, I received an apartment two bedroom one queen bed two twin beds. I contacted the front desk. They told me that I would need to contact the actual property company. I did and I spoke to a Candice she told me it was a mistake and that they had two other apartments in that building they would call down and get me switched to the correct room. Give her five minutes, a half an hour went by. She never called me back. I went down to the front desk. The front desk explained to me that they do not have keys for either of the other apartments in that building that I needed to contact the property company again. I did and she was then trying to find someone to bring keys for one of the other two apartments this is all happening between 3:30 PM and 4:30PM Normal business hours i told her to please let me know what’s going on by 5 PM because I want to unpack our things we’ve been traveling all day long. We were tired. We wanted to get dinner and lay down and relax. She text me at 5 PM saying that she was unable to find anyone to bring keys to the apartment. I called back an for a third time I spoke with her again and got nowhere this went on for days, literally the whole time we stay there. Communication was horrible! Stay away!
