'The lanai wasn’t the same one from the picture, and neither was the bathroom. Our lanai was dirty and covered in bird crap. I had to clean out the drawers myself before we put our items in, they had crap in it. We didn’t get what was shown to us, nor what we paid for. 'We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site.
