'Highlight: Very kind staff and easy check in
Cons:
- Parking is a nightmare and expensive ($35/night) good luck finding a spot again if you leave. That parking structure is 80% reserved for the other revolving businesses. They basically force you to just valet.
- The bathroom toilet didn’t flush correctly or at all at times. We’ve never been so afraid to go #2. They do offer an online form to report these issues. I’m sure they would have been attentive. We didn’t want to test it. So we only...

'Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Bed was fresh and comfy, shower clean.
Staff was friendly.
$49 per night parking is a bit of a scam though.'

'The hotel overall was positive. However at 12:15am the police were outside my door banging for the door next to mine to open up and it was a little unnerving. At first, I thought they were banging on my door.
When I looked out my peephole, there were 4+ officers and it just startled me and scared me just a little.
Again, since it happened in the hotel, in the late hours of the night, it did impact my overall experience.
Not a great one.'

'No ceiling fan the room gets pretty humid and no microwave so just be aware if you want to save left overs there isn’t anywhere to warm it up and the deposit at property is 300$ and over 100$ day if you park
If your going to an event it’s perfect right next to intuit and sofi and Kia less than a mile walk
The rooms are modern and we loved the balcony and the pool and bar were super nice
Be aware that the elevator is big enough for two people it can get pretty claustrophobic
Overall very nice...

'Schone nette kamers met dagelijkse reiniging.
Hotel ruikt fris en algehele uitstraling is netjes.
Bedden zijn fris en liggen goed.
Douche is uitgerust met voldoende shampoo conditioner en douche schuim.
Personeel is vrij passief. Jammer, kan zoveel meer uitgehaald worden.
Verder is alleen vallet parking mogelijk. Zelf parkeren niet mogelijk. Ook erg jammer. Kost je nog $27,- per nacht extra. '
