'The hotel was beautiful. Rooms clean. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that the hotel supplied 1-ply toilet paper. After all the money spent for luxury stay, I would expect quality toilet paper… it’s not a difficult thing to fix .. please consider our booties , it deserve nice quality toilet paper'

'Overall, we had a good stay at The Anthem. The hotel is nice, modern, and in a great location close to LAX, SoFi Stadium, and Intuit Dome. One thing to be aware of is the valet parking policy. Expedia showed valet parking at $55, but the hotel informed me that large SUVs and full-size pickup trucks are normally charged $110. Fortunately, when I explained what Expedia had advertised, they honored the $55 rate, which I really appreciated. I recommend confirming the parking rate before you arrive...

'Outside of the room was great and staff was friendly. The room however was very disappointing! I paid extra for a balcony that was so small I couldn’t sit in the chair provided bc the small side table was pressed up against my legs. It was literally not even 3ft by 3ft. 'Perfect location and such a wonderful resort to stay at. My room was larger than a normal hotel room plus I had two balconies with a beach view. Loved my stay here!'

'We had several issues with the thermostat either to cold or to hot leading to very poor sleep. They moved us to a new room but we had the same problems. Their engineers had to play with the valve or switches and it still did not work right. So we had a tough night sleep and thats we came to use the facilities.
