'This hotel definitely wasn’t meant for families but rather conference goers. However, the staff here were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful with our one year old.
We experienced a couple of hiccups upon check in (room wasn’t ready, didn’t prepare crib or pull out sofa) but once we settled in it was perfect.
The pool area isn’t huge but great for us and our little one and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in and surrounding the hotel.
Will definitely stay...

'In general very good hotel (especially the location for the disney runs) however small defects are noticeable: the toilet kept on running and the shower head was spilling a lot of water and the pressure was rather low.
However we would stay here again as the location is fantastic for both the park access and the Disney run start'

'I am not able to speak on the food / bar / onsite amenities as we did not take advantage of that during our stay. However, the staff was incredibly nice and we were overall pleased with our stay. The proximity to the parks were perfect and allowed us to save on gas by not having to drive everywhere. The only negative, which I think seems to be the norm at many places, is that the linens were very itchy/scratchy. That aside, our family would return here for another stay the next time we pop over...

'Mooi hotel zekers handig als je ook activiteit in Anaheim convention Centre hebt zoals ik de D23 disney fan beurs bezocht. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van Disneyland en DCA maar er rijdt ook een busshuttle tussen hotel en de parken binnen 10/15 min sta je bij de ingang parken.
Leuk zwembad vraag wel kamer aan de buitenkant van hotel want geluid van zwemmende mensen en mensen op terras galmt omhoog langs gebouw. Ruime goede kamer met goed bed. Starbucks in hotel aanwezig.

'The property was in a very convenient area with stores/restaurants nearby and just a 10 minute walk to Disney. The housekeeping services kept our room clean and towels refreshed every day. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy as well.'

"Ouder hotel wat erg goed onderhouden is! Onze kamer had een goed kingsize bed en een tweepersoons stapelbed, 140x200. 10 minuten lopen naar Disneyland. Naast een 7 Eleven, erg handig. Heel veel eetgelegenheden op loopafstand.
De gym heeft een paar cardio apparaten en halters. Elke dag schone handdoeken en legen van de prullenbakken maar niet elke dag bed opmaken of schoonmaak. Gewoon een fijn hotel bij Disney en het convention centre. "

Onze kamer was wat minder (kamer 424), badkamer kan een op knap beurt gebruiken.
Douche met een gebruiksaanwijzing, dus werkte helaas niet goed. En de kamer grenst aan een soort agigrator wat herrie maakt. Dat was wel jammer. Verder was de kamer goed. "
