'they did not send me check in instructions and blamed the booking on using expedia. They did not handle maintenance issues. Clearly they were trying to save money and didn't fix the lock to a an exterior patio door. we were on the first floor and in 5 days they didn't fix it. Microwave was unable to lower power so all food was burning hot. body wash not refilled. It's clear that they did not inspect the unit before the new renter came. Disappointing.'

'We did not have a very good stay. Upon arrival we were told that the water was going to be turned off the following day from 11:30am-3pm during which time we could not use the sink, shower or toilet. Needless to say this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, housekeeping had not cleaned our room by 3:30pm. We told the front desk about it and they said they would have it taken care of right away, so we made sure to leave our room for the next hour. Upon our return, it had still not been cleaned....
