'they did not send me check in instructions and blamed the booking on using expedia. They did not handle maintenance issues. Clearly they were trying to save money and didn't fix the lock to a an exterior patio door. we were on the first floor and in 5 days they didn't fix it. Microwave was unable to lower power so all food was burning hot. body wash not refilled. It's clear that they did not inspect the unit before the new renter came. Disappointing.'

'Great overall: location, room and the complimentary breakfast were very good.'

'Check in was next door at the Quality Inn. So as Breakfast which was minimal. They were out of batter for the waffles and I asked if they were going to refill they said no because breakfast was ending in 15 minutes. They were also out of coffee and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring more. Tables were few and no one was wiping down until breakfast service was over. Doors in room did not close well to bathroom and we had light shining in from bathroom window all night.'
