'I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. One of the folded towels in the bathroom had a long strand of hair on it, while another towel appeared to have what looked like black mold or mildew. The bathtub was not properly cleaned, and the sink had old soap residue and even a chunk of soap left behind from the previous guest. I had just flown in from Florida and was extremely tired, so although I was unhappy with the condition of the room, I simply did not have the energy to call...

'Prachtig hotel met veel faciliteiten. Denken met je mee en service staat hoog in het vaandel. Is erg goed bevallen. Zorg wel dat je in de Marina Tower terecht komt. '

'This was my third visit to the same hotel. Overall, I found the breakfast to be worse than my previous visits. As I have seen before no nuts available for the oatmeal (for which complained before), and the choices for vegetarians are quite limited. The oatmeal was so watery. One elevator also makes a noticeable squeaking noise. The toilet was flushing by itself and not flushing properly. On the positive side, the hotel is relatively quiet, and there is ample parking.
