« It has been 9 business days and we still have not received our security deposit. In addition, I expressed concerns during our stay about the condition of the property, but those concerns were brushed off.We did not enjoy our stay. The house was not thoroughly cleaned, several items were broken, and there were leaks in the flooring. We paid over 1,100 for a property that did not meet reasonable expectations, and now we are still waiting for the return of our security deposit. If my security...

« The location is so peaceful. We enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunset and fireflies. The primary bedroom is spacious and the rest were good size. The bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked and the water is better than ours back home. Seven of us fit, no problem. The lake and the pool kept the family busy when we weren't out and about. »

« Very quaint little A-frame that was great for a quick impromptu getaway! Loved the variety of non-digital entertainment and games available in the cabin. Very clean and experienced no issues to contact host about, but check-in and out information was provided clearly and promptly. »

« This little cabin was exactly as described if not even better. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee pots and coffee. The place was incredibly clean and beds super comfy. Only a couple minutes from Breckenridge Golf Club and right on the river. Perfect for our weekend in Breck, can’t wait to come back! »

« I am posting this only as for information to future elderly vacationers. As I am over 65. The road to the property is dirt and narrow, was no problem for my SUV , but I think it would be a tough drive if we had driven the typical sedan The second bedroom is upstairs so take your stair climbing into consideration. But if you are looking for a quiet relaxing space, this is it!. You do not have access down to the river but you have a great view from the deck over the water and from the porch. We...

« As always, wonderfully peaceful and restful. Beautiful views! »

« Amazing location and the property was great. It was raining so wasn’t able to enjoy pool. Loved the design and the bears are definitely present every day. We couldn’t have asked for more and the host was so helpful and always available. If we go back will be going back to this property. »
