« For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided. »

« Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental »

« This was the most magical place we have ever stayed in. Firefly Grove is of another world. You step onto the property and you are transported into another land. This magical land spans over 5 acres. There is so much to do, explore, take in, and savour. Ernesto was the BEST!! He was so welcoming. Showed us around the property and was so great with our kids. « The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed. »
