'This serene cottage was exactly what we needed. The bed was impressively comfortable and allowed us to get full night's of sleep, which is not the norm. The location could not have been better, central to everything but nestled away to provide the quiet we desired. The patio itself was a little oasis away from the hustle of daily life. And Chuck and Diane were absolutely wonderful, welcoming hosts.'

'Bill is an amazing host. This property has had a lot of thought and energy put into it to make it very cozy, comfortable, and convenient. The two fire places are wonderful and the house had every convenience we needed. Everything was very clean and neat. There’s also multiple outdoor spaces where you can go enjoy some fresh air and lovely gardens. This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay!'

The cottage and the gardens are something out of a Hans Christian fairy tale. Hillary is incredibly responsive and clearly takes great care of the cottage with love. Pure perfection.'

'To be honest, the pictures provided of the cottage dont do it enough justice. Palo Colorado Rd is initially intimidating but as long as you turn your lights on, take it slow and be cautious of other vehicles its a wonderful road to drive through. The cottage is plesantly private and has everything you would want/need. Both trails are well taken care of, felt very safe and at the end of each trail is a place to relax on chairs or a hammock. 'Super clean, comfortable, and convenient for our trip for the Big Sur Marathon! Walked to Carmel Beach several times. Safeway and restaurants about one mile away. Loved enjoying the outdoor patio space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood.'
