'We recently stayed at this property over the July 4th weekend and were deeply disappointed with our experience. Although this property is listed on Expedia as having air conditioning, we were given a room without one. During an extreme heat wave, providing only one portable fan for three people across two rooms was entirely inadequate. 'I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!'
