'Great and friendly staff. I used the room service and it was quick and well presented. Amenities are great as well as the toiletries and room coffee and tea. The room itself was sparkling clean and so cozy. It felt like staying on a boat, with panoramic windows of the river. The surrounding area is walkable, but close to a homeless camp.'

'They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

'Pre check in made real check in a breeze. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were immaculate. Continental breakfast was fully stocked at 8am when we went which was great'

'We upgraded so we can ensure we had a space with a sofa to watch tv but sadly we had no tv in our room. We asked the front desk and they stated it had been stolen.'

'Our stay was fantastic. Great staff, and complimentary breakfast. There wasn't extensive choice, but absolutely enough where we were satisfied. We did find a sock from a previous guest underneath the bed though, that is my only take away that I wish they would clean under the beds after every guest.'

'Absolutely loved this place. We were on a 7 day trip through PNW and stayed at a different hotel each night, this was by far the cleanest. The self check in was a plus for us and super easy. It was very convenient because we didn’t have to waste any time at the front desk, we just went straight to the room (it helps a lot when you are tired from the road ) After booking, they sent me thru Expedia app my room number, the code to my room and the code to front entrance. Loved it'
