'The location was perfect! A staircase right out the front door to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset from our living room, a nice breeze, quiet, not alot of people on the beach. Very comfortable location!!'

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO in an even more beautiful setting. It's quiet, pleasant, relaxing, so close to the beach and town, we really enjoyed our stay! The ONLY issue we had was what is listed isn't fully accurate. We actually chose this place after originally having reserved another site, because it advertised KING beds in both rooms which would work perfect for two couples. 'Jim and his place are a Carlsbad gem. We are a couple with a dog and are grateful that dogs are allowed. We also really appreciated his thoughtful amenities like the EV charger, Carlsbad Alkaline water, hot outdoor shower the kitchen set up including a blender (we make a lot of smoothies).
