'Spacious accommodation for two travelers and a pet. No AC and even on a cool day the place can get warm because of the sun coming in the windows. So plan ahead and close blinds before you head out for the day . Luckily with the fans provided, it cooled down very fast.'

'The property was like an unassuming hidden gem! Small RV and cabin area, but very safe and friendly. The cabin had everything we needed for 5 of us, well appointed and nicely furnished. We had stocked up for groceries in Crescent City, driving south, which was just as well, as Orick has very little. We spent a lovely day walking through the Redwoods, then a lovely meal with some californian wine at the cabin.'

'This is a beautiful property. It's tucked back in to the mountains in the river so you get a lot of wildlife and a lot of peace and quiet. Our girls loved exploring the river and the water was perfect for me to get in. This was a great spot for us to use as a home base for visiting Sequoia national Park.'

'My son and his family of four and I spent a fabulous 4 days at the La Jolla Shores house. It was exactly as described--close to the beach, close to restaurants, and a lovely neighborhood. 'It's a small older two bedroom cottage but very clean. It has all necessary items for cooking, washing, drying, etc. Quiet back yard with a spa, BBQ and table/chairs. Fun for games or relaxing. Located only a few blocks from the ocean, beach and marina.'
