'Beautiful property! Perfect for our family to stay during a wedding weekend. The home is exceptionally well maintained and easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer! The gardens were incredibly pretty and we understand why the home has been named Hummingbird Haven!!'

'This property is absolutely lovely but the biggest selling point is the location. It's an incredibly short walk to State Street, the beach, Funk Zone, etc. and the host provides a parking pass so you can park in front of the house. I would definitely book this location again!'

This house is part of a larger property, but the main house is well screened from the VRBO. Mark and Cyndi were very friendly, but always took care to respect our privacy. 'The casita behind the main house is lovely! Very private and beautifully decorated with everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is just a few blocks off State Street so everything is walkable to the restaurants, shops and stores. There is also a little grocery store only 1 block away if you need to pick up some drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again!'
