« I could not sleep all night lots of noise dont know what caused it on top of that staff was so bad bell man took my clothes and when it was time to put things in the car they put my bags in the car but left my clothes with hanger in the back and never gave to us. we got home nearly 4hrs later far drive and saw that clothes were never given back. Overall horrible experience going and staying here. Would not recommend it. Staff was not on top of it especially forgetting my expensive clothes »

« Good hotel, great room, nice small swimming-pool, but our bedroom was above very noisy chillers or fancoils that made a loud noise the whole night, making sleeping difficult. »

« Lack of customer service from all staff. You could see the dirt buildup on the tiles in the pool. Obviously isn’t cleaned out. Room was so hot despite being set to the lowest temp on the AC control. We had to call the front desk for two portable fans. They offered to send someone the next morning to fix it, but that’s when we were supposed to check out. Long lines for check in and check out. Grounds look pretty and it’s close proximity to the beach. That’s about it. »

« Le personnel était très gentil mais l’hôtel est plutôt vieux. Ce n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles, c’est assez bruyant (Clim + route). Notre chambre était sombre et vraiment vieillotte ! »
