« Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime. »

« Four of us were meant to stay here for the weekend for a special event.
When we arrived the beds were not made (as in someone had slept in them) and were not washed (you could see body imprints on the pillows and bedding.
The bathroom and kitchen were filthy and there was trash in all of the trashcans.
I promptly told the property management that we would not be staying at the property as all of the guest had had a long day of traveling before check-in. We instead booked a hotel at great...
