'Wonderful stay. E!asy acess to eatries, and downtown Santa Monica. Large open floor plan. Quiet area and neighborhood. Geat neighborhood to walk around in. Beautiful homes. We would look to stay there agin while in LA.Thansk for the oppotuniy.'

'Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans. Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values.'

'The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place'
