'What a lovely place!!!! Yes the rooms are tiny and you can hear somewhat people around you but the staff, location and price make up for all. The guys at the reception were more than helpful, everyone was really informal but polite at all times. Breakfast was just right (we don't need a huge buffet early in the morning) and the food a normal price, specially if you consider that you are in the heart for Beverly Hills. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. '

'We had a lovely time as a family. Shops and restaurants are all walking distance. Plenty of space. Better than a hotel. Customer is fast. We needed an extra fob and they provided one quickly. I wish they explain the check-in process better. Like right at the beginning, just state that you have to walk up to the front door. 'Perfect location for what we were trying to do on our trip. Walked everywhere, lots of places to eat, shop, visit and explore. The building is secure and the attendants are keeping an eye out for your safety…since homeless people are everywhere downtown…no matter how far you stay from skidrow. The rooftop was great. The loft was clean and very spacious. The host and owner were both very friendly. I would say my only complaint is the parking situation but that’s to be expected in a large downtown...
