'The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place'

'The room was great, very up to date, everything you need (except a toothbrush) was provided! Modern, lots of closet space, comfy bed, excellent appliances in the kitchen, and in the heart of Long Beach. I will definitely be back.'

'Our stay was exceptional! The rules were clear and provided on time. We needed a boiling pot and the host found us one and dropped it off. This speaks to the hospitality we received. Very thankful to connect and stay in the property for more than 3 weeks on business.'

'Great location easy walk to the beach. The house is ok does need a little work as windows are single pane and most don’t have screens so if windows were opened we dealt with a lot of gnats. You could hear a lot of street noise and you can hear the people above just walking around, showering or if they were talking loudly.
