'It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

'Our family enjoyed another year at Marriott Newport Villas after missing last year due to the pandemic. It did not disappoint. Our villa had a beautiful view of the pacific. It was in pristine condition with everything we needed. The covid guidelines are still causing some of the services and amenities to be on pause but that's no one's fault. We look forward to returning again.'

'Nothing but good things to say. High-end place with high-end finishes. Based on this quality, location and view, I would say today this is a 4-5M property. Walk 3 min or drive 30 seconds and it's 20M views. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you have more than one car because the garage is very tight and street spots nearby are reserved . But this is Pacific Coast waterfront, so that's expected. All the permanent residents have 75K+ cars. This place at this price is a value.'
