'The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit. '

'Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. '

'It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks for the great studio it allowed us to have the perfect vacation!'

'We were happy with our stay at this resort. It was super clean, had all of the amenities we wanted, and very close to Seaside. My husband, two daughters (13 & 5) stayed at the resort. It was the perfect size for a long week-end stay!'

'The lady I talked to assured me that there was a kitchen and there was not it was a microwave and a mini fridge no word to cook the food but on the third day we did find out that there was a grill outside which was helpful'

'Upon arrival, the unit was very nice and is exactly like the pictures. You could walk out the back door and trip onto the beach! It’s about a total of 40 yards to the beach from the back patio & will make you want to come back ASAP. The only reason cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars was due to a brown spot being on the couch when we got there. Otherwise it was a perfect spot in a very nice location!
