-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building, so guests should be comfortable with stair access when booking this unit.
-YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-We do not hold keys to mailbox units and cannot guarantee the delivery of packages or mail during your stay. We highly recommend not sending mail or packages to the property.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. We recommend contacting the Destin, FL area facilities for trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24-hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.
