'The condo was in a nice gated community. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy with. The table lamp in the living room didn’t work. One of the curtain rods in the living room was coming out of the wall. The master bath tub was cracked and had white tape over it. We found a few bugs that we weren’t sure what they were, but I don’t think we brought any home with us. Our overall stay was okay, but these things should be taken care of.'

'The location of this condo is excellent! Loved that it was a short walk to the beach. Gulf Highlands is a neat property. Everyone is friendly and the amount of pools and other things to do is great! One thing that we didn’t like was that the poolside restaurant was only open Thurs-Sat which means we missed it. There is a restaurant you can walk to from the beach though—Barefoot and they have a cute pool and area for kids. Also none of the pools at Gulf Highlands were heated yet—maintenance told...

'We unfortunately had to cancel our trip after our dog was diagnosed with a tumor and required urgent surgery. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward—we were eventually ignored, and we never even received the...

'It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. '

'This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! '
