'This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! '

'We unfortunately had to cancel our trip after our dog was diagnosed with a tumor and required urgent surgery. We contacted the property about 10 days before our scheduled stay to ask if it would be possible to either reschedule our reservation or receive any assistance, even though we understood the booking was non-refundable. Unfortunately, no alternatives were offered. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication afterward—we were eventually ignored, and we never even received the...

'It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. '

'Pet friendly. Clean and very close to beach access #7. Walking distance to Schooners. Beds weren’t very comfortable and back patio needs a little tlc. Would recommend and cover for back patio so when raining you can still enjoy sitting outside. We had a good stay and appreciate all of the clean towels and coffee bar. '

'This was such a nice little getaway. The house is located in a retreat-like neighborhood. All of the neighbors and staff there were so nice. There were lots of extra amenities. It had a camp life feel to it. The house was so cute. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again in the future.'

'The home has carpet that has lots of stains in the upstairs bedroom covered with rugs. The upstairs shower area needs to be cleaned because it’s old and the ventilation is poor. It’s causing brown areas above the shower. The shower handle looks lightly molded.'
