« Great room, comfortable bed, and everything we could possibly need! Since we flew, the umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels were lifesavers. There was also a sitting area and a beautiful view of the sunset just outside the room to the right. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the beach never felt too crowded. Tootsies was awesome, too! This was a girls’ trip for just my mom and me, and you helped make our experience even more memorable. Thank you! »

« Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf »

« Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was exceptionally clean and matched the photos, with a beautiful balcony view. The unit itself is a bit dated and could use updates. The furniture was fine, but the appliances felt old, there were some loose floor tiles, and the curtains didn’t block much morning light, so the rooms get bright early. A major downside was the pool security, which felt overly strict and intrusive. Staff frequently monitored guests...

« The condo was clean and well stocked! Cynthia is amazing to work with, responds quickly and is very personable! The free beach chairs are a great addition! Resort has many fun and kid friendly amenities. No fault to owner, but with the sky bar being so close to the condo it can get pretty loud, especially karaoke night, but it was tolerable. Definitely will be booking with Cynthia again! »

« Deuxième fois que nous séjournons au Polynesian village,le cadre est idyllique . L’appartement mériterait toutefois un petit coup de refraichissement(canapé sale, baie vitrée qui ne se ferme pas, l’eau de la douche s’évacue mal). Mais notre séjour a été formidable et nous rentrons en France qu’avec de merveilleux souvenirs.Nous avons bien l’intention de revenir à PCB »
