'The accomodation is well located, opposite the beach and close to restaurants other than on the boulevard. Rooms are not that big but quiet.
You need a room with the aircondition high at the wall of the room and not on the floor next to
your bed. The service of the personnel is excellent.
The restaurant serves a high quality of food and distuingishes positively compared to many other restaurants on the ocean drive.

'Friendly man or girl at the desk. Entrance via an Italian restaurant not belonging to the hotel. Busy terrace and you have to carry your suitcases yourself about 4 steps up through the tables and waiters. No help offered. Noisy street but quiet room. In my opinion everthing was paid in advance but still unexpectedly to pay $ 30 extra charges.
For one night was paid € 395 plus $ 30 which is a bit to much but Miami is known for high prices for everything.'

'Very nice room with huge TV and comfortable bed. Air conditioning kept the room cool in the hot, Florida daytime. Great Balkan restaurant on site and super friendly staff at the front desk. Small but fun elevator with old style swinging door. Would definitely stay here again.'
'Excellent place to stay right near the heart of South Beach. It's just about a block from all the action, so it's fairly quiet and convenient. Traveled with a baby and everything went smoothly. The boutique is small, but has a lot of personality and style. It's near a 24 hour Walgreens, and tons of restaurants, including a delicious sandwich place that's open until 5am. And about a 2 minute walk to the beach (the hotel provides chairs, towels, and umbrellas).'

"It was a great hotel. In the center of south Beach shopping area. And an 10 minute walk to the beach. Great place with a great swimmingpool on the roof. A brand new hotelroom.
