'The place was super cute. One thing is the toilet doesn’t have a door you only have a curtain. So if you are someone that likes privacy this would not be a place to stay with another person. Otherwise, it had AC, super cute neighborhood, comfy bed, fire stick tv and much more! Would stay there again!!'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Colin and Susan’s guest suite, we found ourselves wishing we had gotten to spend more time at the property itself! The hot tub and hammock overlooking the mountains were amazing amenities, we had so much fun horseback riding with Colin and Maura, and the suite was exactly as pictured. Susan even provided some basic groceries in the fridge. Highly recommend, wonderful hosts of a wonderful property!'

'This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. '

'Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room.'

'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'My husband and I spent a few days at Christmas with our son. The bungalow was lit up with cheerful holiday decor. It was nice spot to cook and relax in. We walked to nearby Brand Park and hiked, visited LACMA museum downtown and even got to spend a day at the beach. This cozy location was wonderful to come home to. Host offered the outside ceramic fireplace to us but we just ran out of time!'

'Front desk representative is very helpful and a great listener. Room is nice and open. no movie access. great walking distance to restaurants and the Veterans Memorial pier. Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. 'Het Sanborn huis is een fantastische locatie! Je zit overal dichtbij én kunt op eigen terein parkeren! De kamer zelf is super netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er zit ook een keuken bij die je kunt gebruiken. Gary is super aardig en behulpzaam geeft je ook veel goede tips over de omgeving. Als ik ooit nog eens in L.A. ben zou ik hier weer verblijven!'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
