'Communication was fine and helpful until the day of check in. I was supposed to receive a email with codes to the rooms and the front door 1 hour before check in and didn’t receive them at all. Once arrived at the location I had to wait 30 minutes outside with my family waiting for codes that did not even work to get into the building. Finally received a code that worked, within 5 minutes of being inside we witnessed a roach, floor boards were poorly cleaned, furniture was very poorly cleaned...
