'Quiet and attractive area where Solvang residential eases into vineyards, farming. Plenty of parking Beautiful spacious rooms with incredible bed and linens. Strong hot shower - Ought to keep this hotel a secret - Only complaint: a rear window was left slightly open by housekeeping or previous guest? Blinds were closed so we had no idea when we were out of the room during evening that it was unlocked !! Sthg to remember to double-check during any hotel stay!'

'Quiet oasis, very stylish. Not like a hotel - little scattered cottages. Note heater is small and cooling is ceiling fans. If very cold or very hot, not sure if it’s enough for perfect comfort. Very nice bed. Photos didn’t show a microwave but there was one, as well as fridge, in the room. Excellent spot for a rest. Carmel much more peaceful than Monterey.'
