'No Wi-Fi connection in room. 3 night stay, didn’t get much sleep. Poor installation, could hear everything in adjacent rooms. Packed up in the middle of the 3rd night and drove home. '

'Property was beautiful and so private! The casita was spotlessly clean and included every amenity we could possibly need, as well the host providing a bevy of clear instructions and notes. A/C was amazing, bed was comfortable and TV was huge. Check in and out process was simple and clearly communicated. We can’t wait to come back again!'

'This casita is perfect for two. Quiet, clean, it’s just as listed. It’s close to the shopping district. Mike made sure everything was perfect and was very responsive if I had any questions. I would rent again.'

'Everything one needed was there. Host always was asking if we needed this or that. I'd say the main short coming is that the room was very small (about 150 sq ft I'd guess) and I wouldn't call a mini fridge and a microwave a kitchenette. But again the hospitality made the stay.'

'The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again.'
