Super convenient to some great downtown restaurants and Biltmore. Only down side is it's off a busy road--and you will hear traffic noise. But don't let that deter you. '

'Schitterend huis uit 1895. Meer B&B dan een ‘Inn’. Loopafstand van downtown en 3 supermarkten. Rustige straat, vriendelijke leiding en prima ontbijt. Wij hadden gehele bovenste verdieping met eigen 2 zitgedeelten. '

'I really liked the Charleston Inn. The service was great. The coffee service was open 24/7. The room was nice. The security was really good. Everyone was super friendly. Quite the nice little 1880's place. '

'Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses. So you feel...

'I had the MOST dreamy stay. I loved everything about my accommodation - it was historic but tidy! The decorations, the tub, the shower, the king size bed, the balcony, the decor, the decanter with sherry and fresh applecake.. it was literally a dream come true. The hostess and staff were VERY kind people and the breakfast was lovely as well. Everything was quiet and air conditioned and perfect.'

'We had an outstanding stay at a Historic Inn (c. 1744). Inn Keeper Cherie was most helpful and a delightful hostess. Breakfast was outstanding. Located in Historic Old Salem. We will definitely return when we have more time to tour the Old Salem community and to become more schooled in the Moravian culture.'

'Bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren dit was een jong stel dat de lodge over heeft genomen de kamers zijn gezellig ingericht en hebben schommel stoelen op de veranda voor de kamer. De kamers hebben wel wat ouder sanitaire voorzieningen maar waren schoon en netjes. S'ochtends een lekker vers klaar gemaakt ontbijt gehad en wat tips om de omgeving te verkennen.'

'What an incredibly lovely place! Paul, the host/manager(?), was especially accommodating and made an excellent breakfast. The only minor downside is the full-size bed, which is smaller than a queen. Otherwise, highly recommended!'

'Great historic property near downtown Edenton. Greeted by inn keeper and shown to our nicely appointed second floor room.Walked to our supper a couple blocks away close to the riverfront. Recommend for couples or single travelers. Excellent breakfast included.'

'We had a lovely stay at this charming inn. It is not "pristine" as the main part of the inn is very old... but therein lies its character and charm. The inn and its grounds are lovely and the large window in our room provided a gorgeous view of sunrise over the mountains. Very convenient to Hendersonville with plenty of restaurants and cute shops. But there are so many great spots at the inn - both inside and outside - I equally enjoyed time just reading a book and enjoying the views. '
